High-end manufacturing capabilities

Our facility has an impressive annual capacity of 2.4 billion soft gelatin capsules across multiple modalities – from plain to enteric, applicaps, chewables and suppositories – and in various shapes and sizes, including oval and oblong. Through our long-term technical collaboration with Pharmagel, Italy, we operate four advanced encapsulation lines, including a dedicated line for prescription products. 

 We’ve elevated quality control with high-speed contact printers featuring camera-based inspection systems, complemented by Symetix, our innovative in-house design for seamless lubrication and inspection with zero manual intervention. Our commitment to excellence extends to flexible packaging configurations – from bulk to bottles and blisters – all equipped with built-in serialization capabilities. We’ve embraced the future of manufacturing through automated processes, robotic automation, machine learning and real-time analytics, ensuring not just data transparency but continuous improvement in our workforce capabilities and decision-making processes.
